Delivery drivers must have a valid driver's licence with insurance, a reliable vehicle, one or more years of driving experience, a working cell phone and exceptional manners (even in the rare case that a difficult circumstance with a customer occurs).

At Alexandra’s Pizza we believe in our drivers, and unlike many delivery services that pay by the delivery, we pay a base salary plus you can keep 100% of your tips. Tips average between $2 and $10 per delivery, and often more. These add up. Many of our drivers have been with us for more than 10 years. Another perk? Listening to your own playlists and podcasts while on the job. Oh, and sleep-in time: start times for daytime drivers are generally sometime after 10:00 AM. To qualify, you must be friendly, have a tidy appearance, and preferably some experience as a delivery driver for a restaurant or restaurant delivery service.

Line cooks prepare orders for pizzas and our other menu items. Line cooks are typically quick on their feet and able to work fast without compromising food quality. That’s not all they do, though. Line cooks do prep work too — and they enjoy keeping their work area and kitchen spotless. They can also find themselves answering phones and taking orders. Naturally this means we look for friendly line cooks who will be kind to customers, because they know every Alexandra’s Pizza customer is appreciated, valued, and without them there would be no Alexandra’s Pizza. To qualify, one year (or more) of experience in a busy restaurant environment is preferred.

Wait staff are the representatives of our Alexandra’s Pizza restaurants. To do this job you’ll need a stellar personality. If friends comment that you’re happy all of the time, no matter the circumstances, then please apply. You’ll be busy greeting customers, seating them, taking orders, serving orders, making recommendations from the menu, and being an all-around Alexandra’s ambassador. Your attention to detail and ability to commit orders to memory will be appreciated by colleagues and customers alike. You’re comfortable handling technology and taking card payments too. Of course, you’re always tidy in appearance, and if you have long hair, you enjoy rocking a ponytail or up-do. One year of experience in a busy restaurant environment is preferred, but if you’ve been working in a bustling retail environment or have solid customer-service training or experience, then we’ll take a good look at your resume.
