How do I create an account on alexandraspizza.com?

You do not need to create an account, one will automatically be created for you when you place your first order. When you go through checkout you will be asked for a valid email address. On completion of checkout an account will be created for you on alexandraspizza.com. Your user name and passowrd will be sent to you along with your order confirmation to the email address supplied.


Why is my username/password not being recognised?

Your username is normally the first part of the email address that you used when you placed your first order (the part before the @). Occasionaly the system will append additional characters to the end of your username if it is identical to a username already on the system. Your username will have been sent to you in the confirmation email when you placed your first order.


I am not sure of my username or password, how can I log in?

Go to login and select 'Request a new password'. Enter the email address you used when you placed your first order. You will be sent an email with a one time login link. Follow the link. You will now be allowed to enter a new password. Your username will be displayed in large text as the title of the page.


How do I know my order has gone through?

When you have successfully submitted an order, you should see an order confirmation screen (with login details if its your first order) and should also receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive either, you should make sure that 'checkout' is not still displayed in the Your Order' summary sidebar, if it is, click checkout and proceed with order submission.

If you do not receive an email, please call the store you ordered from to confirm they have received your order.


How do I tell you that I forgot to mention something or I need to change my order?

If you made a mistake on your order, you want to change it or you wish to add something, you must call the store. Once the order is placed online the order is sent to the store's automatic receipt system and is printed out in-store. Do not use the Contact Us form as the store will not receive your comments.


How do I save my favourite Order?

You have to have placed a previous order so that you have a valid user account and password to be able to save a favourite order.
Next time you place an order and you have the required items in your order (make sure you have logged in), click on 'View Order' in the sidebar Your Order summary) and click on 'Save as favourite'.


How do I place an order using my saved favourite order?

You can select your previously saved favourite order by going to 'My Account' (top of page) and then select the Favorite Order tab. If you want to remove any items that are already in your order tick the box to Clear cart's contents. To add the favourite to your order, select 'Load favorite order'.
